COMMUNITY FIRST

My family has thrived in Traverse City because of the support of our schools, friends and neighbors. So I have worked hard to share that support back with people throughout our city. I’ve served on nonprofit boards, gathered support to solve community problems, and organized simple things like leading a bike train to our school.

Now I’m running for a four-year seat on the City Commission out of this sincere desire to serve. My style is to connect with neighbors, listen, communicate with an open heart and put the time in to really understand issues.

I love Traverse City and I’d love this chance to support our community. Vote Ashlea Walter for TC City Commission!
